ASRock B850 Pro RS on AM5-kantainen ATX-emolevy, joka on suunniteltu AMD Ryzen 7000-, 8000- ja 9000-sarjan prosessoreille. Se tukee DDR5-muisteja ja tarjoaa neljä DIMM-paikkaa, joihin voi asentaa jopa 256 Gt RAM-muistia.
Tallennusratkaisuihin kuuluu neljä M.2-liitäntää, joista yksi toimii PCIe 5.0 -nopeudella, sekä neljä SATA3-porttia perinteisille kiintolevyille ja SSD-levyille. Näytönohjaimelle on varattu yksi PCIe 5.0 x16 -paikka, ja lisäkortteja varten löytyy myös PCIe 4.0 -paikka.
